In this video, we will review the psychology of customer perceived value; how humans identify craftsmanship and authenticity in a product or service, and subsequently, what value they assign to it. 

For the purpose of this video we will explore the psychology of premium, luxury brands to add perspective and draw parallels between them and the Loewen concept branding.
